Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms apply to purchases from Elevated Impressions Studios by Diane. Please review your order details and approved design before making a payment.

Custom-made products

All sales of custom-made products are final once purchased. Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect choice you approved, or a request to cancel after purchase.

Digital products

All sales of digital products are final once purchased. Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds after purchase.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, has a production error, you cannot access a purchased digital product, or your order is not delivered, please contact us at diane@elevatedimpressionsstudios.com with your order details so we can review the issue. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
